I applied for this summer internship program with a stipend but I haven't heard back. I figure I didn't get that.

But I talked to this one guy there and I'll be in his lab or one of his friends' labs since he might be switching jobs. There aren't any concrete details yet but it looks like I'll be at NIH. However...it is UNPAID. I will be poor for ages.

I can't really accept being 20 yet. The 20s sound like a dark scary age that inevitably leads into the 30s. Which are even worse.

And I miss you Janea Banea. Summer hangouts whenever I'm free, yea?
