Wow... this is a very strange part of my life... I'll just say that I'm very happy to finally be a part of a musical... I recorded the song for you. It's your job to come back knowing it. It's not my job to sit there and plink out every note until you get it. And if you think that's what's going to happen in the future, you're nuts.
How do you learn a song for class? Elaina records it and you come back knowing it. What do you think happens everyday in the real world, Bradley? It is not my job to devote extra time outside of reheasal to sitting down with you playing each note until you get it.
We never said that not rehearsing was going to make the show better. The majority of the cast fucked up blocking that Ashley had given many times. She had every right to end rehearsal. Her time was being wasted. If you don't see that, then you aren't the same person I've always thought you were.

and i would think that when opening in just a few short days, ending rehearsal early would be the LAST thing on a director's mind no matter how "fucked up" the blocking is. FIX IT. not only is there a lack of professionalism but its childish and downright stupid.
what's even more fucked up? blaming your cast for your incompetencies as a directorial team. if they TRUSTED you guys, you wouldn't have this problem.

Of course I wanted the notes to be correct, but I'm not going to do that on everyone else's time. Bradley chose to never come to me about private time and was always right on time and quick to leave. I'm not going to sit down with him and work on it while everyone is there.
