At least while he was sitting and holding himself up with the bedframe he didn't seem to be falling over. Hikaru sighed, leaning back against the wall (which, coincidentally, he had just finished crashing into), and smiled slightly. "Thanks. I'm sure we'll be alright once we get used to being on board."

Glancing to his twin, Kaoru nodded and sent him a smile. “Hopefully it’ll be fixed before we dock na? That way we’ll be fine next time.” After all, his balance was fine; it was his stomach at that exact moment.

When Allen said there were different flavours of the medicine, he blinked a few times before finding himself resisting the urge to ask if there was maple syrup flavour. “Eh, any flavour would do really, just as long as I get some into me soon so I can actually get out of bed.” He said with a small smile as he shifted slightly on the mattress, pulling the blanket up to his chin.

"Oh it took me a while to get used to ships, I used to be jello-legs and rail buddies, combination of you two..." Allen chuckled somewhat, rummaging through the box before pulling out a couple different bottles. Here, he examined them before setting them one-by-one back into the box until he was left with only one. "Here, cherry." It was a universal flavor that almost everyone liked anyways, it'd be fitting.

He broke the top's lock with a simple twist of his left hand, which would take a little more work with a more normal hand than that gloved one. "I've tested pretty much all the flavors and brands in here in the past, this should do you some good." He really was a responsible first mate, he wouldn't want anything happening to captain Cross' crew.

It really was too bad that there was nothing he could take to fix his equilibruim. Hikaru watched with interest as Allen rummaged out a capsule for Kaoru; it was a different kind of medication than he'd seen before the few times they'd been sick. "Well, at least you'll be feeling better." He smiled to his twin. "Then we might be able to actually leave the cabin, ne? I can lean on you so I don't fall over."

“Sou ne?” Kaoru muttered, eyes glancing over the back of the bottle in Allen’s hand; it wasn’t that he didn’t trust the first mate but more that he hadn’t no real knowledge of medicines and was used to just being handed a spoon of liquid or a couple of and some water rather than doing the whole lot by himself.

His eyes flicked back up to the first mate’s face, a curious look in his eyes. “How long have you been on the ship Allen-san?”
