He clenched and unclenched his wrists, walking down the streets of a nicer part of town. Just because he was a pirate didn't mean he had to associate with them, yes?
Turning down another street, he took a few steps before stopping. Someone was there. Well, no, not just someone.
"Either you've gotten lax at keeping you reiatsu in control, or you want to be found... Gin." Byakuya didn't look up at the man, simply kept his gaze at the place it had been. He didn't really feel up to interacting tonight, but considering it was Gin, he figured it was unavoidable.

Strolling down the streets of Panama, he tried to stuff his hands into his pockets until he remembered that he didn't have pockets. He puffed out his cheeks a bit in frustration and continued walking.
When he felt something, he paused, foot hovering right above the ground. "Huh." Turning around, he headed in the other direction, grinning a bit to himself.

"Well, now," he said, standing up. "Never thought I'd see you here!" His smirk widened into a grin, and he casually stepped off the roof, gracefully landing on his feet. Kuchiki tended to be hilarious, and most of the time Gin didn't even have to do anything to him.
Of course, the fact that he didn't have to never stopped him from poking fun at the Captain.
"Ill met by moonlight, hm, Captain Six?" he said cheerfully. "Nice scarf, by the way. Very pretty color."
He noticed another familliar presence, but didn't really pay much attention to it. If there was any sort of confrontation, he could easily flee. There was no real need to kill these two, and they were far too entertaining to kill, in any case.

Byakuya narrowed his eyes, keeping his arms at his side. If there was one thing he had learned to be, it was to be on constant guard when Ichimaru was around; he had a tendency to do things completely unexpected.
At the scarf comment, he said nothing, fighting back the urge to roll his eyes. He opened his mouth to say something else, before snapping it shut, eyes narrowing farther and gaze moving to the other end of the street. He had felt something rather familiar.
...Hm.

And he wasn't surprised when Byakuya noticed him (in fact, he expected it).
Walking forward a bit, he waved lazily at Byakuya with a half-grin. "Yo."
When he saw Gin, half of him said to go over and throttle him. The other half said not to. Frankly, he wanted to go with the first one, buuut...you know how it is.
