week and a half of the century (back in the saddle again)

so the magic began a week and a half ago. at the last second i decide to go to the mae show at my school. of course it was awesome. mae is awesome. too bad yellowcard was the headliner though. mae didn't get to play hardly anything. i'm kinda worried, they didn't play any new songs... i did make my way into the "mosh pit" during mae and yellowcard

did you go to that amazing restauarant on top of that mountain where they serve the best pie in the world? tyler knows about it. I went there once with my wife and we got some blackberry pie.

nope, we just went to some camp ground and screwed around. There's some mountain lake we went to a few times, it was pretty sweet. tyler must have taken me to the wrong side of the mountain. it didn't seem like there was any kind of civilization for miles.

oh, and if nothing crazy happens, i will be at apu in the fall. i've visited the campus a few times, and not only is the campus way more attractive than my mom told me, but the people aren't stupid jerks like they are most places. i'm sure this is all because of the letter o' rec from the legendary Dan Whitmarsh. I definitely need to go to Wa, as do most people from the cornerstone ring. now, all you need to do is throw a pretend party so my parents have no reason not to provide me the gas to drive up there, and i'll be there. or better yet, a real party.
