On the caricatures page, the different colors for each letter of "color" doesn't really work for me. I really dig the earth tone stuff you have going on. Think about maybe using every letter as the same color and a tinted blue at that. It'll be complementary, tie in with the rest of the text and I think it'll look a little cleaner. Or if you don't want it all to be the same, step up the saturation letter by letter so that it's like a gradient from tint into a fairly saturated blue. (A good orange would tie in closer to the scheme you've got going, but complementary colors first popped into my head. You could probably have a nice solid saturated orange for "color" and it would look pretty darn good.)
On your About Me page, you have "truely" when it's "truly." If you get a crazy person, that could make or break a commission.
On your hats page, there isn't a line break before the copyright information.
Nitpicky, to be sure, but I think it'll help polish it up a little bit and hopefully ring you in a couple

Thanks for catching those, man. The different colored letters thing was from another site with a white background I did for my old job at the Mall of America and I had just copied and pasted it to my new site. That blue tints idea of yours looks much better.
Shoot. I knew there was something else. It looks like a space got eaten up just before the link to your hat collection on your About Me page. The alt text on the thumbnails for Fusion and the Penguin is switched. One last thing (everyone hopes), you have "copywrite" instead of "copyright" at the bottom of each page, it looks like. Copywriters write copies, but copyrights control the rights to copies.
I think that's it. Looks good, dude. I like the new layout.
