happy thanksgiving you'all. i went to cracker barrel and ate. no turkey though, blech.

i also went and saw "the missing". i thought it was a really good movie. i was really into it; practically sobbing. its always nice to see a film with such good acting.

I think 'tis fantastic! Now to get a creditcard...I'd buy the calendar right away. Does it have a different fractal for every month? *drools*

its a new movie that just opened here in the u.s. that's starring tommy lee jones and cate blanchet. its kind of a mystery/western. i don't know how else to classify it.

I am anxious to see it, though it looks fairly formulaic. I have liked the early and later works of Ron Howard (leaving out that crap in the middle like EdTV and Grinch) and am eager to see how he approaches the western genre.

maybe its just me, but the movie seemed really different than what the previews i'd seen seemed to have portrayed. i really thought it was going to be scarier or creepier or something. the plot did seem a little predictable though, especially the ending. but i have to say that i really liked it.
