So 24 hours after Lloyd's misadventures with his Yahoo password (see previous post), he returns, once again locked out of his Yahoo email account. This time he's super pissed off because he's "been down at the public library for an hour and a half and those chuckleheads couldn't do anything," and each time I make a suggestion he interrupts me with

i've enjoyed these past couple stories about this lloyd guy. he sounds awesomely crazy. but i'm sure he's really annoying when you're actually dealing with him.

i applaud your patience. it sounds like he needs thrown out of the library by the police.

does he not understand that yahoo! inc and indiana university librarys are two separate entitites? is this guy fo real, really...
