            I would, however, defect some of the blame for this cultural malaise wrought by, as you claim, corporations, onto the very essence of human nature.  In a world raped by Stuart Kauffman’s increasing returns and sodomized by economic lock-in, the phenomenon of cultural malleability and idiosyncratic adoption is all but commonplace.
