I just found out this morning that my uncle has cancer. I am just so broken hearted. This man and his wife have pretty much raised me off and on my whole life. They spoiled me and took me on trips. I was their "only child" until they adopted my "brother" when I was about 10 years old. He is the funniest and sweetiest man I know. He is the epitome

I know how devastating cancer can be. I have an extensive family history of cancer on my mother's side. Almost every relative has had it, or died from it. So, like you, I battle with the thought of someday having to deal with it myself. It's very scary...

But don't let those fears get you down. Stay as positive as you can. You have youth and God on your side!

May your uncle overcome this successfully. Give him, and your aunt, all the love you can. And keep in mind how precious life is.

Hang in there, sweetie. Cancer is a tough thing to deal with. I can completely sympathize but you'll get through it all. Be strong and know that Im always here if you need to talk ever.

Your uncle and family are in my thoughts as well. A 90% cure rate is fantastic, even with heart problems. So chin up, buttercup, it's all gonna be OK.
