Blinds do have to rise to force action in a tournament. Otherwise you can be sitting there forever (Dave and I did this a couple of times back when we still played tournaments and didn't know that the blinds are supposed to increase). We'll have to establish starting chip level (remember, in tourneys chips don't have to have real money value), starting blind level, and the rate at which blinds increase.
Because this is heads-up, we might also want to do each match best 2 out of 3. Just a thought.

That's around 16, which is a good number for bracket tourney (1st round - 16, 2nd - 8, 3rd - 4, then the finals).
