There is a smiley face in the sky! Actually it is a conjunction of Venus, Jupiter and the Moon taken at 19:02 EAST from our house (I've included a close up too).

Your photo is great! A longer, skinnier face.

The moon is getting closer to the other planets all the time. I think the moon passes in front of Venus in about 3-4 hours, so tomorrow the moon will be above the 'eyes' in the US. Bummer.

It was! Made my night. I had been working back late, and I stepped out of the office and there it was right in front of me! Glad you got to see it too.
