What sort of shampoo is it?

Is it any good at untying knots in one's hair easily and quickly?

I asked Gilderoy for a bit of advice, but he started drawing all sorts of complicated diagrams and started talking about vitamins and methods of washing the condi-thingy off one's hair, and I really couldn't sit and listen properly (I had been sitting, listening to all his explanations for about two hours, but I needed to go after the five-fingered-one-thumbed man - I received a hint of his whereabouts).
