Would you kill me if I said I could see the books being about just Jazz, Savin and Mitchel? You don't have to do it that way, but I could honestly see that working well. I could also see a book after Gray Morning being a thing. It would be interesting to see what happens AFTER the revolution stuff, since it's not like "new government, instant perfection" is ever how it works.
If Jordine gets her own story and world, I could actually see Ryin being a part of that, instead of being a part of the Tomorrow Trilogy. I know you don't want to gut what you've already done, but that could work.
If you don't mind some concrit, sometimes it feels like Ryin is...a bit tangential, at least to the main interpersonal conflicts of your series. The stuff focused on Mitchel and the Resistance seems like it's better developed than the parts focused on Ryin. I like Ryin, so I would feel bad if he vanished, but sometimes he does feel less...developed and dynamic than the others.
No, because it's something I've tossed back and forth a lot over the past year. And yeah, that's kinda why I kinda want to consider going beyond GM. But we'll see what happens/how I feel in a few days
