Presidents Day Thought

I keep seeing commercials with people portraying Lincoln and Washington, but then a few have Ben Franklin in there too and he wasn't even a president.   Why is Ben Franklin in the commercials anyway?  Maybe I can link a few of them here to show people. It's so weird.

I thought the exact same thing this evening! I said to Xavier: "Ben Franklin was not even a president!" He was an important person, yes, but this is not his holiday.

A friend of mine suggested since Ben Franklin was featured on money, that maybe he was there because if you buy at their sale, you're saving money...but it's a stretch. It isn't Presidents and then "other people who were featured on money" Day...I've seen it at least three times now...do people think Ben Franklin was a president? It wouldn't surprise me given how bad public school education is.
