Isn't Nora supposed to be in Russia for a year?

yeah, something like that. I think she just got fed up with Russia again and came back. I don't know for sure though.

she didn't just get "fed up" she got clinically depressed and had to come home. and with in four days of coming home someone on your campus held a gun to her head, which really helped.
