hey JJ,
I know exactlyyyyyyyy how you feel. I don't think I told you this but my bf of 4 1/2 years broke up with me recently and I know exactly what you're going through. I keep saying that I don't know how to interact with guys anymore and I almost texted someone last night and said something like that too. Kinda weird actually. But anyway, what I'm trying to say is if you need/want to talk to someone who understands, I'm your girl :)

right back at you... it's just like getting into the habit of being with someone for so long... you only know how to interact with that person, and it's so hard to start all over... clearly i didn't go about it the right way this time, lol. maybe my next crush will have a better outcome, ha.

when i read this i couldn't believe how much what you wrote paralleled what i was thinking! and yesterday my roomie and i went to a bar and i was like staring at this guy the whole time but i was afraid to go say anything. so tonight i was telling my roomie about how in high school i used to be able to tell guys i liked them and ask them to proms ;) and we decided to go try and find this guy in a bar so i could talk to him. he wasn't hard to find and i went up to him and told him that i think he's gorgeous and then like walked away. it was kinda weird but it was fun.

so anyway the point of this story is that there is hope for all of us! and i bet you will have a better outcome next time :)
