Honestly, I'd appreciate it, in this case, if the meta comments stopped altogether, whether in tags or elsewhere. I am sure you meant no offence to Anarin, and I wasn't trying to suggest that you were trying to be snide to her, but we interact infrequently enough that frankly I'm not comfortable with a lot of meta commentary or "Flynn has this unflattering opinion of Sarah" comments even in jest. As I said, I know that she's not perfect, and I am the first to facepalm over her when she's made a particularly bad move. But to be honest, some of those comments disparaging Sarah's character, without the background of strong friendship ooc or longtime tagging behind it, do come a little close to the ic/ooc line for my complete comfort ( ... )

If Anarin has a problem with how I'm interacting with her, IC or OOC, I'd like to hear it from her, rather than secondhand. Once she's back from vacation, I'll drop her a line.

Delta's very first comment was to ask if Sarah had harmed one of the programs. Delta likes her and the best picture he could paint was of her as dangerous to Flynn's people and likely unwilling to act on evidence. That is not, in Flynn's eyes, a strong character reference. Threats to those he loves are one of the few things that can motivate him to act decisively, and I in fact had him hang back so that you and Blue could go on with the Barricade plot ( ... )
