There are instant meals? As in POOF! meal?

Not quite that instant (though that would be awesome.) Usually it's stuff you just have to pop in the microwave for a few minutes, or add water to and put in the microwave.
Or just pop it into the toaster, or whatever other appliance is called for.

Only if you mean they're technology. Toaster and microwave are for making food, VCR is for watching/recording things on TV.
