Last Thursday I fell, whilst roller skating, and I fractured my left elbow. Ow!
Sarah has been brilliant and she has been looking after me... she has even been brilliant when I put on my sad and injured voice - which is supposed to be 50% cute and 50% charming, but somehow misses... and comes out all whiny.

I can't sit still this morning... am just packed full of nervous energy...
I haven't had any cola, and I haven't been eating sugar.

2 nose bleeds in two days.
Brilliant.
That's how I know it is summer.

Still, 40 lengths done tonight...
I am tired.
