Heavy Bags are where its at. But if you have a strong punch, you usually have to get someone to hold it, or you constantly have to stop it after every punch. It gets annoying. Really, really annoying.

I had thought of that. I'll get someone to hold it for me, or fix something up so it can't move. :)

Yeah, Not to sound full of myself or cocky, but I get my dad to hold it sometimes (Hes like, 270 of muscle) and when I punsh it it still moves....So I was thinking of making some intricate wooden structure behind it under my back deck that attacthes to the Hazel Nut tree, and the window right next to it. But I dont know how I would manage that. Because if I can move my dad when I punch it, I can easily ruin a wooden structure and take out my decreped deck.

*tear* I guess Im not meant to use the Heavy Bag a lot.
