WHO: Lev and Charlie
WHERE: On campus, outside, under a tree.
WHEN: In the afternoon; after classes have ended.
WHY: Charlie likes napping under trees, and Lev is somewhat intrigued by this blissfully unaware kiddo.
The sun was well making up for the bitter chill that October was bringing in it's wake, but Lev had bundled up with a jacket anyway as he traipsed down the cobblestone walkways for the dorm building. He carried his books at his hip carelessly, prepared to get back to his room and do nothing. The best way to enjoy a Friday was, clearly, to sleep it all away and get back to work on Saturday, and then repeat the first step again on Sunday as it rolled around -- sleep.
Even though classes had ended roughly one hour ago, Lev had stayed back to get some tutoring from Locrine in the library. An informal little meeting, as he had only walked up to the front desk to ask a question about some arithmetic hullabaloo, and received his help in turn with no question, possibly holding up the line of people needing assistance on more important things. Future exam things, or homework things. To be honest, Lev didn't feel bad about it. The arithmetic help had gone by painlessly and he was on his way to his room shortly after, but it was only minutes before he realized he wasn't the only student around with sleep on their mind -- veering off of the given path was a rather familiar-looking figure, tousled brown hair and all, nestled comfortably beneath an oak tree. It was a hard tree to miss, being one of the larger ones located on campus.
A smile quirked his lips as he ventured over to the other student and stood looming over him. He hadn't known the guy for long, and honestly he didn't even remember his name, but that didn't mean he couldn't poke some fun at the kid when he was lying harmless in the grass. Poking, literally, with the toe of his shoe. "Up n' at 'em. You're gonna catch something out here."
