So I chickened out on my Halloween story. I have the entire thing done in my head, I just don't feel like writing it. I'm too into writing my comic book right now

Batman Begins - 12 stars Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - 5 stars The Corpse Bride - 3.5-4 stars Danny Elfman - 9 stars The Constant Gardener - 3.5 stars The 40 yr old Virgin - 4.5 stars Exorcism of Emily Rose - 3.5 stars Saw II - 4 stars (haven't seen it yet) Kingdom of Heaven - 0 stars Amityville Horror - 4 stars (way better than the og version) Fantastic Four - 1.5 stars New Harry Potter - 4 stars Chronicles of Narnia: the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe - 5 stars (not a remake because it's a real movie now... not some lamewad that disgraces C.S. Lewis by ruining his saga)
Those are just the ones I could remember off the top of my head. So I would say this was a pretty good year for movies.
That's why I said "I've seen very few good movies this year." Because out of ALL the movies that have come out in an entire year, that's all you can list. I'd say out of 20 movies that come out, you'll find maybe two good ones. That's not very many considering the whole year. Because despite some of those amazing movies you've listed, there still is a lot more crap out there being made this year. And, considering how amazing Tim Burton is, even this year wasn't really a star year for him. Corpse Bride could have been a lot better. And those remakes are just getting worse and worse. I will admit though, Batman Begins is one of the best movies not just this year, but of all time. I'd say Batman, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and the 40 Yr. Old Virgin are about the only movies that helped me survive this year! (Never saw the Constant Gardener or Emily Rose, or Saw 2) and I'm sure Harry Potter will rule. I just wish they'd stop making so much garbage.
