Someone else who appreciates Norse mythology?! *GLEE* Tbh I've been searching for a way to fit that legend into an SPN fic for, well, forever. It just kind of slipped in there seamlessly (*snerk*); you have no idea how happy it makes me to see someone else appreciating the awesomeness of that mythology! /Norse!nerd too

Ah, Luci. I have an endless love/hate relationship with him (this fic's version, at least). He's such a bastard on one hand, torturing and raping and destroying to get what he wants. But it's not really just for his own gain - it's for all the angels, or at least the ones who agree with him (always a loophole, eh?). *Hugs her fellow Norse!Nerd* Glad to know I'm not alone out there!

Of course it's not.

It's just that Luci isn't really a person, he is probably as far from a person as anyone can be. His whole scale of values is so abysmally different to ours that in his mind he finds his actions are justified and they are in no way something to abhor. We simply should not be able compare our morals to his, so when we do judge him following our human moral code he ends up a monster.

And yay! for future fic :D Getting a new dose from you is always a good thing :)
