I didn't get to mention it yesterday but I am an uncle again. Yesterday afternoon Dylan Antonio Prego was born. 9lbs 7oz, 21" Finally another boy in the family!

I am now at 192.5lbs. In 2.5 months I have lost 24.5 lbs, and about 5 inches around my waist. 12.5 more lbs to go. Then I go into the maintenance phase.

Pi-Con: small and fun. It seemed the hurricane caused many people not to come, which accounts for the smaller size this yr. I had fun, people were easy to talk to, there was a good variety of panels, and Barfleet always is a fun party.
