I'm guessin it was Spanish built and was probably used for smuggling some illegals across the border. That might explain all the chimichanga wrappers in what used to be the glove compartment. These days, Hampton's Ghetto might as well be called Hidalgo's Ghetto with all the ruckus goin on...
