[She notices the red blur on the ocean below her and assumes it's Wally, hovering around to make sure she doesn't faint again. She considers calling to him to tell him to knock it off, she feels fine, when the blur stops and plunges into the water. And from the splashing, it looks like he can't swim.
[She jumps off the chain and concentrates on lengthening the line as she falls, slowly enough that the impact with the water won't be any worse than jumping in a pool.]
Hang on, I'm coming!
[As she'd hoped, the impact isn't jarring, but the sudden transformation of her legs into a mermaid tail is. She quickly regathers herself and starts swimming towards the kid, continuing to lengthen the line.]

...it wasn't working like he was expecting it to, and the water only seemed to make his already sluggish movements even more slow.
Then he finally began to realize that he was going to have to breathe sooner or later. Hmm. That could be tricky...
As he sinks and tries to hold his breath a little longer, he notices something (someone?) in the water above him.]

Opening his eyes, he sees Dana holding Bart. Thank God. He pops his head back up and Bends a hideous yellow inflatable raft to stick the dumbass kid on when she pulls him out.]
