Augh. Writing is so frustrating. I can't help but feel that every single word I write is drivel. Complete drivel. I'm not sure if it's because I am, in fact, a completely crap writer, or if it's because I'm not very comfortable with first-person narration, or if I'm constantly censoring myself from writing what I really want to write, and that

Girl. Writing is fun. You cannot worry about what you are writing when you write it. That's what edits are for. Let it free without concern if others will like it blah blah blah.

And don't turn it into a homework assignment. Ten thousand words by this date. This isn't school. Write without inhibitions because that's when you will be the most creative. Like your outlines, you do those without a a time limit, those are inspiration. That should be writing all the time.

And have some confidence in yourself! My goodness. A little confidence goes a long way. Just think back to all the ass kicking you did in AP English.

Long comment I know, but you seriously need to stop stressing about what should be fun. It's going to be a long arduous life if you don't enjoy your passions.
