Dog days of Sick

I had a new experience today. I was getting ready for work, and as I look in the mirror I became dizzy and disorientated. Suddenly my vision started to go black around the edges and I realized I wasn't feeling very well. I rushed from the bathroom but I realized in the kitchen that I wasn't going to make it far. I laid down on the kitchen floor
