1. I have been slowly organizing all the little parts of my life. My office, since I moved, is a bastion of tidiness and good filing. And I decided last night to go through my clothes and get everything onto a hanger (normally there is a pile in one corner). I put the clothes that needed dry-cleaning in a bag in the car. 3. I was hoping that we'd get his new show up here, but I guess not. One of the things I like about What Not to Wear is that they'll frequently give the cost of the showcased outfits and many times they're pretty reasonable. I think that the tailoring is more an issue for the women who have severe problems with their body shape - too short, too big chested, long arms, etc.

1. My closets would make you weep now. They're in terrible shape. I stuff and hide. Stuff and hide. But one day, maybe it'll be different.

2. I definitely do. I use music as a basic level of distraction, which actually allows me to focus on what I'm reading, etc. That's why I listen all day at work too.

3. In my experience with What Not to Wear, they're spending $5,000 on not a ton of clothes... but... I don't know. And truly, every show I've watched has recommended tailoring. Though I know they're often showing women with less conformed bodies... though that's kind of my point. Almost no one has a "normal" body... or a body clothes are designed for.

No comment indeed. The Phillies though... if only we had pitching... if only we had pitching. We are some crazy run scorers and I love all of them.
