1. The Valentine's Day mixes are in the mail! By all accounts, they should be there on Thursday. I am excited. I really love all the songs... though I now I need to find the time in the next day to write why for the liner notes

Don't the achy muscles feel great it a sorta masochistic way? Just started going back to the gym myself. I'd stopped going after the accident and am unbelievably weak now. Especially in my left arm...
