I got a professional (namely my brother) in to deal with my lich problem in Skyrim- he defeated it in a matter of minutes, all the while deriding my 'skills' and boggling at the quantity of crap I'd been hoarding in my inventory. Maybe one day I'll *need* that potion of weak minor frenzy, brother! And then you'll be sorry! I am tremendously

You never know! That potion might come in handy. Just like the hoarker tusk that's been sitting in my inventory since the beginning of the game. I might need it sometime!

Glad that you managed to get past that lich! I still haven't done much for the mages college - I've been out thieving and bugging the Companions - so I haven't run into it yet. We'll see how things go when I get there...do Shouts work on it?

Unrelenting Force staggers it a bit, but Ice Form does diddly squat. All the other shouts I have are non-offensive, so I couldn't try anything cooler like Fire Breath or anything.

I really need some better shouts!

Hmmm, I will have to keep that in mind for when I finally focus on the mage quests.

Oh, fire breath is wonderful. And I just got frost breath, but haven't tried it out yet. Hopefully it works decently (it has a long cooldown time, though). I love using ice form one wolves that are jumping at me; they tend to continue flying for a long time...
