Does anybody know why the public school system in Washington does not want to actually award me for an education? I have been a Washington state resident my entire life. Why am I not receiving in-state tuition? I attended North Idaho College for two years, paying Washington-Idaho reciprocity, and with the advice of NIC completed the correct amount
