The internet situation has yet to improve, but at least I know that the company is aware of it. Lisa called me at the Village saying that the internet guys came but didn't see a computer, so I ran back over and set up my laptop for when they came back. About ten minutes later, a man knocks on my door and speaks in Hebrew. I caught the word for

Didn't they bring any test equipment or another computer :( Is it only affecting you? "someone proficient in cords..." perhaps they meant an network engineer (like me). It's easier to faultfind on a PC.
If it's only you then it's nothing to do with the ISP it's something at your location (it could even be deliberate) can you tell if you're actually seeing their network? I could help try and diagnose the fault for you but only a few can be resolved without their help.
