my car got stolen last night towed this morning.

who the hell is out stealing cars in the rain towing cars from in front of apts. in the morning?

YAY it was only towed

for allegedly being within 15 ft of a hydrant

and though it was towed sometime in the morning, and I actually had a cop come out ant take a report from me, they didn't tell me it was towed until after 4 in the afternoon
