Well put !

I am cringing however at what my uber right wing company will say and what spin will be shoved down my throat today. I'm anticipating backlash from the body "handled in the Muslim tradition" comment though.

And here I was cringing over what my uber left wing friends would say and what spin would be plastered out there. :-)

Quite frankly, this event should transcend politics. So far, I have been pleasantly surprised to find that it has. So far.

Sweetie, my group goes above and beyond anything most of what the uber right even says. This is the same bunch of people who swore the gas prices were going up so we would be taken over by Kenya (with their vast array of oil reserves?) and forced to wear Muslim dress.

Yeah.

They also thought that we should just demo New Orleans and sell it off to the highest bidder. Oh and 9/11 was Hilary's plot so she could be president and let Bill ruin the country again. So.Not.Kidding.

I work with really scary people.

Not a right-winger saying that, either. :-)

On the loopy-as-they-come subject, I was tempted to delete Joe's Garage from my library once I heard that Warren Cuccurullo is not only a truther, but that he believes that the footage of the planes flying into the towers was CGI. The presence of Zappa and Colaiuta is the only thing that saved the album from the recycle bin.
