A lot of times power goes to people's heads even if they have no idea what they are talking about. It's kind of sad but that may be the only area in their life where they have some control so they abuse it. I think we have all run into idiots like that. Good luck friend.

Good stuff Ronny. You should take a bunch of hundred dollar bills and mold them together into a super hard bat and smash her in her face with it. And say something like "that's an expensive beatdown!" when you do it.

p.s. I love you.

Boss who knows nothing about your job. plasko April 28 2005, 12:41:52 UTC
I know that story all to well, Ronny. Me not being a nurse and being in charge of 100 nurses everyday is sometimes hard. However, I never tell a nurse how to do nursing, but when it comes to staffing and the business end of agency nursing, I'm all over that. I can only imagine if I, not being a nurse, tried to tell 100 nurses how to do nursing... !?! I mean that's just insanity and I never even pretend to understand parts of nursing. I tell nurses straight up when they're testing here or something and they ask me a question. I just say "I'm sorry I'm not a nurse, so I really can't help you on that." Anyway, hang in there!

Man I am getting so sick of my job because of all of these people who cant mind their own business. Things like that dont usually bother me...I have always been good about shrugging that kind of crap off, but something like that almost always happens everytime I am there. Anyway, maybe I need to find a new job. How much does Nurse Finders start off at?
