he just left and i can't go back to sleep. i fall in and out of consciousness for hours with him, and then once he has to go, i'm condemned to a world of reality and sleeplessness until i give up, my body gives in, and i fall back to sleep. he had poached salmon tonight and i had lox. i sprinkled popcorn over my bed, and we lay in it. what happens
