I know they're not a clan anymore, but I prefer the pre-Operation Bulldog years :) When I played in an active league online, we did an alternative timeline, a "what if CNC never defected to the Inner Sphere" type thing (the league started right before Operation Bulldog happened, and we decided CNC wouldn't do it)... it was a lot of fun. I was a member of the NBT Nova Cats for about 6 years, finally quit playing once they switched from NBT-Mercs to NBT-Hardcore, playing solely with some of the MekTek patches and such. My dad played in the same clan, which was funny because I was his superior officer (saKhan at one point, those primarily the Loremaster for years). My mom was a dirty Lyran, and we had a great storyline worked out about how he and I were taken as bondsmen during some of the early invasion battles
