solution: get a rock, say 4lbs-ish if poss, then aim* at fish, note-(aiming is very important), throw rock at fish,(being sure to release rock), after fish is knocked out, jump in after it........

thus....
u will have ur huge fish, that eludes u no more!

..........and so on and so forth.........

wow that really sucks! lol 30 hrs huh?

ight, if the big bass is on its bed everytime u see it, take a long as plastic worm, texas rig it, and drop it right onto the bed. the bass will get pissed off at it, pick it up, and cary it outa the bed. when it picks it up, set the hook and whamo. lol. if its just cruising around, try getting a hunk of ham on a hook in its path and itll eat that right up. just be sure to bring the camera if its as big as u say it is. l8r.

the fish isnt over its bed, i know where the two beds are. it floats to the top and just swims around. it floats over 16ft above the bottom. ive tried a propeller top water, spinners, buzz baits, carolina rigs, skirted doubletail grubs, long worms, frog topwater, texas rigs, shad raps, rattilin crawdads, live bait, floater worms, everything. it wont bite. i think it was avioding the snapper we recently caught and killed.
