ouch!
So, I was riding my bike yesterday when my foot slipped from the petal and I was caught off balance. Needless to say, I fell off, or this wouldn't be titled 'ouch!'. I totally scraped up my left ankle and knee. There are scrapes on both of my shins/calves. I also landed on my elbow. (yes, the same one I landed on when I fell on the skateboard in
