I decided, once again, to blow the dust off my blog and try to use it again. I also started logging into Trillian again to say Howdy to people and have even tried to spruce up my MySpace account that I may have logged onto a total of 6 times ever ( Read more... )

Aw, thank you! I missed everyone very much indeed. I had to make a Starbucks pity party run that weekend, just to drown my sorrow at missing all the fun. Congratulations on what by all reports was a great success!

The heart is fine. it is just making weird noise. I will not die form it. i am getting an echogram done on it.

We have three pink flamingos, usually in seasonal dress.

Are they in costume for Halloween? That would be impressive.

There was a house not far from me that had about 25 large and medium sized flamingos and numerous baby ones. They were all over the yard, in the flower bed and a couple on the porch, one on the steps and I think she had one by the mailbox. They seemed to be scattered and facing different directions, but she did have the baby ones in patches around one or two large ones as if they were a family. Sadly, she moved and took the lock with her. I always wished I'd stopped by just to tell her how much I loved seeing those when I drove by.

Mowing that lawn must have been Hell, thogh.
