If my relationship with LiveJournal behaved anything like human relationships, LJ would have left me high and dry long ago on account of my frequent and unpredictable absences ( Read more... )

It's great that you've decided to continue to update your livejournal once in a while. I'd love to hear about life in Ecuador, if you are not too busy and have some time to spare. Didn't you mention in your earlier entries that you were involved with the dragon boat race, or something along those lines? So what happened with that?

I wish you an early 'happy birthday'. :)

Wow your summer sounds amazing! If only I had accomplished HALF of what you have.
Happy birthday (early wishes I know).

Kev!! It is soooooo good to read a new entry and know that you're still alive.. haha. Happy birthday and I already left you a facebook comment today, so just go and check that instead and email me if you have a chance.

Things are going well on my part here. I've been enjoying Spain, the sun, beaches and incredible food but it's definately about time to be getting home. I get to stop in London for a couple of days next week before I head home on Sept 4th so all should be good, as long as I don't get stopped and detained at the London airport with this whole fiasco going on and crazy airport restrictions.

Anyway, hope all is going well with you and enjoy what little bit of summer break you have left!

Congratulations on making it through another year... and for your re-emergence on LJ!

Sounds like a very busy and productive summer. There's definitely something to be said for a simple lifestyle. We lose too many important lessons in living in this busy world we've created... have you ever read The Little Prince? If not I highly recommend it!

I didn't know you were on facebook! Then again, I shouldn't be that surprised... care to add me? I'm Daniel Nadolny at York University... Actually, I think I'm the only Daniel Nadolny on there, so I shouldn't be too hard to find :P

Anyway, welcome back and enjoy this day to the fullest! (And hopefully all the ones to follow)
