watch out. panera's been known to - even if you ask them they will tell you otherwise - to put beef or chicken stock in their soup. knew people who worked there. i think marie will back up my story.

Yeah, i've heard that, Pete used to work there. This soup checks out though, I read all of the ingredients on the website before I went there today. Apparently, a few years ago they got in trouble for cooking their vegetables for their "vegetarian" sandwich in animal fat, so now they're alot stricter.

But, the black bean soup that used to be vegetarian now has pork carnitas in it.
