eeeep! When things get too stressfull, I try to take a step back, even if just for a second and close my eyes and focus. It works for me. It sometimes even puts a smile on my face. Just relax and keep telling yourself it's not the end of the world and you'll see how much more energy you get back from not worrying too much. If this doesn't make sense, it may be because I am a bit hungover.... *hehe*. I wish you all the luck with everything, and you will be wonderful, as usual! Just relax, smile, and try not to think too hard about what's going wrong, and focus on the good things.

worrying about/ taking stock of/ describing how stressed out you are takes energy away from actually doing the things that need to get done. Seriously, Just drink lots of water, eat only healthy foods that give you energy, and put yourself on auto-pilot until you finish. Make an actual list of what needs to get done and cross each thing off until it's gone. When there's a whole lot I'll even make a schedule for the day. And what's the absolute worst that could happen? Let's say for some weird reason you actually didn't finish ANY of this shit- o well. And don't say "I won't graduate" because--o well. There's always another day. The only thing that matters is how you carry yourself and if you die tommorrow you'll be more pissed that you spent time being overwhlemed than exactly where you were on the spectrum of being done. AND-- It's not like your friends and parents are still up in the air about whether we like your art and we're waiting for the show to make a decision. You're good as gold in the grand scheme of things ( ... )

hey there jackie, i hope you're remembering to get some sleep and eat so you aren't hungry! just take it a day at a time and put the bigger picture stuff onto a shelf to deal with once the more pressing stuff has been dealt with. you know you've got a lot of friends who are going to be psyched to hang out with you when you're feeling up to hanging out again. let yourself rest if you're tired! and give me a call if you ever feel like it would help. i got a house line! (get the number from taylor) see you soon,

love,
juliette
