Stupid safety pins...

I am trying to thread the elastic through the neck hole of a blouse that is part of my sister's costume but it is being a jackass because of the stupid safety pin getting caught on shit and THEN!! it broke through the elastic and now I have both the elastic and a safety pin stuck in this tube of cloth that I will NOT unthread. I refuse. I am really

#1 - I'm so sorry that my dumb ass dress is inconveniencing you. If you like I can come over to help you. and if you need to make it simpler to get it done faster thats ok too. I don't want this dress to take up all of your time while you are back home.
