[Kevas does see and Kevas decides to sit back and watch. Call him cautious but approaching an armed stranger when most everyone considers you a monster sounds like a bad idea to him. So for now Kevas sets himself in the shadows and studies Mr. Too-Sexy-For-My-Shirt's technique.

Or he does until his capybara gets bored and decides to say hello.]

[Jack can hear the grass shift as the capybara waddles closer. His eyes narrow. He knows he is in a strange new place. Even in Aku's world, Jack knows it is better to play it safe. Jack doesn't want to take any chances so he whirls around, blade stopping just shy of the capybara's nose.]

Ah, forgive me, little one.

[He sheathes the sword and kneels to soothe it.]

[The capybara seems fine, but Kevas almost has a heart attack. That's cutting it close.

Wait a moment, Kevas recognizes that voice. That's...what's his name? Jack?

Kevas decides to take a chance and reveal himself. Hopefully he remembers Kevas. If not, well things might get exciting.]

[Kevas, your voice is unforgettable. When Jack spots the troll, he bows politely.]

[Jack's not the only one out for a little sword practice.

These Vertiline weapons are going to take some time to get use to. He was lucky enough to find one so similar to the buster sword, but it wasn't the same. It's weight and design were different. He needs to adjust. Thus practice. Tough it looks like someone beat him to it.

Hey Jack, you've got an audience.]

[Jack gets that feeling. His eyes narrow and he looks up, hand gripping the hilt of his sword tightly. If you're not a threat, Zack, you better make it known fast.]

[He sees that and puts up his hands in the universal "I'm harmless" gesture. It's sightly dampened by his eyes and the large sword resting by his side.]

Whoa now. Calm down. I didn't do anything.

[Dude looks wutaian as does his sword...huh. He gives the swordsman a questioning look.]

[Jack seems a little more at ease, even if he's regarding Zack warily. Also, what's a Wutai?]
