Woo! I am proud for you. :) I am glad things are moving forward in your life.
And lol, I can totally agree with you on the taking 4 years to get an Associates Degree. Hahaha. But sadly I am/was one of them. Te problem is that they keep increasing the hours needed, but not only that, a lot of people and friends of mine have been taking only like 3 classes at a time. I always took 4 at least. I really hope the school is awesome for you. Is it located in San Antonio or somewhere else?
How was it like drinking for the first time? :)

Yep it's off 410 and way the hell over there, but you'd totally fucking love it. the creativety level in this school is ridiculous.

Also Amanda got screwed over like crazy a vista, she's the best artist i know and stuff there just went wrong, and dropped her from alot of classes.

And I had an apple smirnoff and a strawberry one. I liked apple better. Lol It taste like apple soda, and i didnt feel anything. xD I'm not that attracted to drinking, but those were good. I tried a few different kind of beers. beer sucks : /

:D I'ma try posting pictures, we had so much fun!

Hey man...community college is there cuz it's CHEAP. And the reason it can take so long is because people work at the same time or are trying to figure out what they wanna do first. Don't be dissin' it. > /

And vista is not a shithole for art. Well, not anymore. Most of the teachers there are badass. And the new building is pretty kickass too.

Anyway, what school is it? I hope it's the new AI school and not ADT.

Best of lucks

It's IADT, I'm gonna try hard.

And I do work full time and anyschool is hard, but knowing me I'm gonna get mishandled at vista. Plus I'm an idiot I get lost everything I do there. If IADT turns out bad I transfer else where. My point is really that it's not so much how you do it, as long as you're doing it and getting somewhere.

I just needed to go back to school. Also. My bad about vista is a shit hole for art. I meant video game desgin. That was what amanda was going for and it fucked up all her shit. The teachers in that program were freaking terrible. : / so instead of video game design or whatever she's just going for an art degree.
That's like my worst nightmare. I know too many people that go there and get all there stuff messed up or totally forgotten.

XD maybe you'relucky if it's going well for you.

Oh don't get me started on the videogame teachers..That thing wasted two years of my life.

what degree are you gonna be getting at the school? I'm just worried because I almost started going there then back out last minute because my parents and I started doing research on it...I also would have been spending thousands just to get an associates..

I'm doing graphic design then advertising. I'm good with people <3

Yeah it's 30,000 but I think it's worth it. They provide all supplies, books and everything and mail it to you. You don't need to run around town or order stuff on ebay or anything. Plus it's smaller classes, all the people there care about you. They have really great computers and programs. And when you graduate if they come out with a new software or techniques or classes for the degree you got, you get to take them for free for the rest of your life.

I think it's worth it. Plus they found some glitch in my fafsa that wasn't giving me money before and fixed it, so fafsa's taking care of almost everything. Plus you can apply to work at the school it's like 8 something an hour. And there's apartments near there 520 a month.

People can say it's expensive or whatever but it looks good. And if it ends up that it isn't for me, well shit happens.
