Given that I know what the situation is this time, let me offer my thoughts on the subject.
Relationships throw a monkey wrench into just about everything it seems. Whether it's the friends who get screwed over (as I have many a time) when the person is "Wifing it" or what not or the girl/boyfriend who feels ignored when the situation is vice versa.

If I have a point, it's probably that some sort of balance must be made, and that's a tricky thing to accomplish.

In conclusion, just keep at it or something.
