Oh you panic attacks. They cause much stress, yes? Has the medical peoples determined your source of panic attacks? Sometimes some bat shit trigger is causing it. Mine is PEOPLE. Score for social anxiety. Well, its good to know that you're taking care of yourself and that your doctor is listening to you.

WELL, my doctor isn't listening to me. Technically I don't have a doctor right now! I got out of the hospital, found a doctor's office in their system and got in to see a guy a few days later, and he just prescribed me the Paroxetine. I actually had to stop taking it already because my prescription ran out and I couldn't get a new one because the doctor I saw changed locations and stopped returning my calls! And I can't afford to go see someone again, so it's just sheer luck that the panic attacks haven't started up again. OH THE JOYS OF BEING UNINSURED IN OUR BROKEN-ASS COUNTRY!

So how's by you? XD

I'm all good thus far. Recovering from a cold bronchitis but its all good. Only mild. And now that I said that I'm going to get suddenly worse.

Us uninsured need to get our asses and do something about costs of medical care. Unfortunately we're too busy having panic attacks to do so. XD

I'm using Lexapro which also doubles as a migraine reliever so its been nice as far as that's been concerned. Some days I can't deal with crowds others I'm fine. Hopefully your issues fix themselves. It ain't right, these panic attacks. Have you tried Bach's Rescue Remedy? Its an herbal concoction that helps with stress/anxiety. I used the pet variety on the puppy when we were dealing with distemper. It helped her a bit.

Here's your dose of cute to help.
